Lisbon Sustainability Week 2025

At a critical time when financial markets and economic policies hold the power to shape our environmental, economic and social future, Lisbon Sustainability Week is a catalyst for action to Empower Sustainable Change and Development.

The first edition of Lisbon Sustainability Week, organized by the Center for Sustainable Finance and CATÓLICA-LISBON, brought together global thought leaders, academics, policymakers, practitioners and industry pioneers and leaders from across the globe to rethink the role of finance in building a viable and sustainable future, with a focus on the theme: Sustainable Finance and Pricing of Externalities for Sustainable Development.

Held from 16 to 18 of June at Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, LSW 2025 was a journey of thought-provoking talks, dynamic debates, hands-on workshops, dissemination of scientific knowledge, and high-impact networking. A hub for connection with top professionals — including policymakers, regulators, financial experts, corporate leaders, international institutions, NGOs, and community organizations, gathered to drive the future of sustainable finance.
